Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching (NLC) comes under the practice of Health Coaching with additional capability to analyse diets and advise on Nutrition. Jasmine provides her clients with personalised plans, recipes, and resources to support habit change relevant to their unique needs, ensuring continuous support through messages between appointments. 

Her expertise is in helping women understand what their brains and bodies need during mid-life concerning diet and exercise, as opposed to what may have worked for them previously. Many of Jasmine's clients have tried various diets or joined gyms, but due to their busy lives and other priorities, they find it challenging to stick to plans that are not tailored for them. Jasmine's role is to help them make the right changes for their mid-life and menopausal bodies in a way that is lasting and impactful.

​Through her dedicated research and ongoing studies in menstrual health, menopause, and behaviour coaching, Jasmine is committed to her own growth, ensuring her clients receive the most current and effective support. Her mission is to help women feel like themselves again, stop struggling with the menopause, and enjoy a journey of improved energy, better sleep, weight management, and overall increased health and vitality.
