With over two decades in education and training prior to her specialisation in Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching, Jasmine empowers women to set strong foundations for their whole health and wellbeing. By partnering with you to understand your current diet and busy life, Jasmine will help you to make simple upgrades that make a significant difference and move you towards your health goals.

Her expertise is further enhanced by additional certifications in Menstrual Health, Behaviour Coaching, and Menopause Weight Loss. Jasmine is a fully qualified Trainer and Educator, holding a PGCE in Adult Education.

Jasmine's passion is deeply rooted in guiding busy women to embrace midlife with confidence, helping them manage their health and wellbeing during the menopause transition, all while balancing the demands of their real-world commitments. She is committed to educating women on female health, crafting manageable and sustainable actions for improving their diets and lifestyles. Jasmine believes in making new habits last, ensuring her clients can integrate these changes seamlessly.

Her approach is holistic and personalised. Jasmine works with women who are generally well but are struggling with health issues related to their perimenopause or menopause. Often, women feel stuck and overwhelmed, unsure of where to start. Jasmine begins by understanding their current situation, diet, daily life, and their goals for change. She educates them on the root causes of their symptoms and identifies holistic actions for achieving their goals. Her sessions combine feedback and interpretation, education, and coaching on making positive changes and overcoming challenges. With a warm and friendly approach, Jasmine’s coaching sessions are designed to be uplifting and empowering.
