Session 2: Your middle matters! Weight-wise strategies that last
As a certified Menopause Weight Loss Coach Jasmine will help you to understand the challenge of managing weight during mid-life, menopause and beyond.
Sharing up-to-date research in a practical and engaging way Jasmine will share the key aspects of your diet to get the needle moving without complicated meal plans or feeling like you have to overhaul your entire life!
Weight, changing hormones and ageing processes are creating our challenges along with our busy lives! - When we eat for health, weight will take care of itself but every woman needs to know how to eat for their age!

Session 3: Movement and Wellbeing during menopause!
Ever wondered why it’s so hard to be consistent with exercise, diet and get frustrated with yourself for ‘failing again’. Perhaps you’re fed up of hitting a wall with energy or struggling to be as sociable as you used to be?
Jasmine will share how different types of movement and exercise help during menopause and help you to create your own plan.
Jasmine will help you get clearer on your highs and lows and how to support yourself better with stress management and wellbeing practices
