This 4 week programme is for you If you’re feeling overwhelmed, juggling the demands of career, family and now the perimenopause? Perhaps you’re post-menopause and battling with weight gain, hot flushes and feel stuck in a cycle. Maybe you know the menopause is on the horizon and you just want to get clued up and ready to embrace this important transition in your life and you know that your diet and lifestyle needs upgrading! In this programme you’ll be supported to learn how to stay healthy during the menopause transition and how to eat and move ‘for your age’ so that you feel in control of your health. Have the guesswork removed around weight once and for all and kickstart your mid-life health adventure.

Week 1: Get clear: On your stage, symptoms and holistic health baselines

Understand the menopause transition and the common struggles. Get clear on where you are, your metrics and take stock of all aspects of your health and wellbeing. Learn the female foundations model of health and start implementing the eating principles for your age. Keep a food diary for the week and track your cycle / symptoms.

Week 2: The middle matters: weight-wise strategies that last

Understand the science on women’s weight gain in mid-life. Unlearn old habits and plan your meals for the week ahead. Weight alone and even BMI are not necessarily accurate indicators of female health. Weight and hormones are part of the same thing - understand the role of hormones including stress in relation to body composition and weight gain. When we eat for health, weight will take care of itself but every woman needs to know how to eat for their age! Know how to nourish your brain and body and bring down those health risks. Keep a food diary for the week and implement weight-wise actions.

Week 3: Optimise your monthly cycle and balance hormones naturally

Ever wondered why it’s so hard to be consistent with exercise? Do you want to understand those inner highs and lows? Learn how to plan out your month to work with your hormones, not against them. We’ll revisit and work on the root causes of your health struggles including your busy life and revisit the female foundations health model to set you up for managing your health in the long run. I’ll share coaching tools and strategies for keeping your health and wellbeing high on the agenda and in a way that is not only manageable but enjoyable!
