Our Osteopath, Julia Currington
I’m Julia Currington, a fully qualified osteopath with a master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy, London.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and well-being, I’m passionate about helping people move freely and live without pain. Many problems can be treated through osteopathic treatment including (but not limited to) acute sports injuries, chronic pain, digestive issues, and headaches.
My approach combines both structural and cranial techniques, dry-needling acupuncture as well as working through prescribed exercises. Together we will create a treatment plan that’s tailored to you and your lifestyle.
Osteopathy works with the body’s natural ability to heal itself. By improving alignment and function, it not only addresses specific issues but also promotes long-term health and well-being. I truly believe our bodies store tension in response to different forms of stress and when we become aware of this, we can use palpatory techniques on the body to release difficult emotions and alleviate pain
