I specialise in supporting those navigating grief, loss, and emotional overwhelm. After losing my husband in 2021, I walked a deeply personal healing path that led me to this work. Today, I hold a compassionate space for others to move through pain, honour their emotions, and begin to rebuild from within.
Using a unique blend of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Reiki healing, and spiritual mentoring, I help clients release the weight of grief, reconnect with themselves, and find peace again—at their own pace.
